Aluminium is a lightweight yet strong material, making it perfect for manufacturing durable windows with attractive slim frames, suitable for traditional or contemporary homes. Each of the windows we install is made to bespoke measurements to perfectly suit your home.
Whilst we find that the most popular colours for windows currently are White, Anthracite Grey and Black, we can offer a wide range of colours, including having a different colour inside and outside your home. We also offer a variety of finishes for your windows, including matt, gloss or a luxurious textured finish.
Windows can be side hung, top hung, have a tilt turn facility or they can have a fixed pane. Due to the strength of aluminium, side hung windows can be made up to 1 metre wide and 1.8 metres high, allowing plenty of natural light and ventilation into a room. With a tilt turn window, it opens in two ways. You have the option of tilting the window inwards a little to allow fresh air to circulate within the room, or by turning the handle 180° the window will operate on its side hinges and open fully into your room, making it easy to reach the glass to clean the windows, perfect for rooms which are hard to reach from outside. We can also supply shaped aluminium windows, suitable for a gable end or to make a statement above or around a front door.
Most of our windows are supplied with a chrome or brushed satin locking handle, but if preferred, we can offer bespoke handles which are painted to colour-match the window frames. All windows are fitted with multi-point locking hardware to keep you safe in your home. Added to this, our windows can achieve PAS24 security, which means they pass a set of tests designed to assess the security of windows against the effects of an opportunistic burglar.
Our Aluminium casement windows feature industry leading weather resistance and achieve a U-Value of 1.4 W/m²K when double glazed and a U-Value of 1.2 W/m²K when triple glazed. With a thermal break between the inside and outside frames, our windows are designed to improve thermal performance, keeping your home warm and reducing your energy bills.
When it comes to maintaining your aluminium windows, all they will need is to be cleaned with a soft cloth and warm soapy water from time to time. Whilst we give our windows a 10 year guarantee, we expect that they will continue to perform for many more years.
